About these images All these images were taken with a quickcam 3000 using a Mogg adapter on a 102 mm Orion Mak. The mount was an Orion EQ-1 with an "Astrotrack" drive. The mount itself was positioned on a portable card table of questionable structural integrity, the polar alignment was suspect and the motor speeds undoubtably not exactly siderreal. All processing/stacking was done automatically (because I'm lazy) in Registax. Images: -Moon_stack: An image of some craters stacking about 50 frames (can't remember the exact number. -Jupiter_3: After carefully trying to focus, I got this image of Jupiter. It's a stack of 744 frames. I suspect the halo is the result of an alignment problem, though I haven't really investigated that.
